PROGRAMME 1: Preparing for Maternity Leave and Initiation into Motherhood
This is a three-session programme designed to be taken during the third trimester of your pregnancy, ahead of your birth and maternity leave. The 1:1 sessions will cover the following three modules:

Module 3 - Work You to Mother You

PROGRAMME 2: Returning to Work After Maternity Leave
This is a six-session programme designed to taken a few weeks before returning to work and the first three months back. The 1:1 sessions will cover the following six modules:

Module 2 - Your Vision for Returning to Work
Module 3 - Design Your Next Chapter
Module 4 - Harness Your Evolving Identities
Module 5 - Create An Empowering Mindset
Module 6 - Take It Into The Real World
