We start the coaching relationship with a deep dive into your world - you complete a Discovery Questionnaire and we meet for 90 minutes to review this together. We explore your hopes and dreams, the challenges you’ve faced in your life, the ways you hold yourself back, and what brought you to coaching.
This deep exploration provides fertile ground for us to define the focus areas and timelines for the coaching. You may be needing support through a significant transition, help creating meaningful change, or guidance at a cross-roads. We will typically meet bi-weekly for a minimum of three months.
The coaching will empower you to make decisions based on your values, take action from a place of alignment, and build a set of tools and frameworks you can use in your daily life. The magic with coaching lies in the unexpected benefits that arise as we work together; more compassion for yourself and others, greater humility, and a deeper self-confidence.
Orla — Sales Leader at Paddle
I partner with start-ups and scale-ups to support their Executive and Leadership Teams with team cohesion, direction, and culture. My approach is a blend of coaching and leadership triage, harnessing my coaching philosophy and decade of experience working in consulting, venture capital, and tech.
Full day or half day offsites, designed bespoke based on the clients needs. A strategic reset for an existing team, a connection opportunity for a newly formed team, or a moment to address a specific challenge.
A thorough and impartial 360 degree review for Leaders. Interviews with key stakeholders, a comprehensive report, and client playback. This can support an annual review process or at any moment of change or challenge.
Use the Enneagram personality framework to ‘profile’ your Leadership team. Create a shared understanding of what drives each other’s behaviour, identify blind spots as a team, and build greater self and team awareness.
Rebecca — VP People, Culture, and Impact at Depop
A coaching session will be an hour long. At the start of each session we are clear about the topic you’d like to work on. I then guide you through a series of questions and experiences to help you gain clarity on that topic and define the next steps and accountability you need to make it happen.
I don’t have any minimum commitment, however I do encourage my clients to commit for at least three months so that they can experience the impact and transformation that the work offers. I do offer one-off coaching sessions on specific topics such as defining your values and those can be found on my Resources page.
My hourly rate for 1-to-1 coaching is £250. There are discounts for purchasing packages upfront - a 15% discount for 12 sessions at £2,550 and a 10% discount for 8 sessions at £1,800.
My hourly rate for Leadership offsite and workshop facilitation is £350. For each engagement I include two free hours for briefing calls, offsite design, and any event follow up. Additional hours for prep and follow up are charged at £250 per hour.
My clients are typically CEOs, founders, and leaders at start-ups and scale-ups. I have a handful of clients who work in the creative industries (actors/directors/writers).
I am UK based, however as most of my work is done online, I work with individuals from all over the globe.
Most of the ‘work’ happens between our coaching sessions. This is when deeper reflection happens, insights land, and you try on the actions you committed to. I also encourage you to keep note of anything that arises between sessions that you’d like us to revisit and work on together.
I also provide additional support with Coaching 'add-ons' which include:
Comprehensive coaching session summaries - £29 per session
An objective pair of eyes to review important documents and presentations - £150 per hour
For those of my clients who I work with for over a year I provide a free one-year review where we meet in person to celebrate the changes, review the coaching relationship, and re-align on the goals moving forward.
I am accredited by a coaching body in the US called the International Coaching Federation. I have completed two intensive trainings, one six-month course in Leadership Coaching with Upbuild and one nine-month course in parts work coaching with Alethia. I have a Coaching Supervisor who I meet with on a regular basis and continue to maintain having my own coaching and therapy.
